1 General Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Verification & Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bm555 reserves the right to verify your identity in cases of large withdrawals or any suspicious activity. For verification, you may be required to submit a copy of one of the following government-issued identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth registration certificate (where applicable)

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. bm555 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from sharing your login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

A security verification may be carried out before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be returned via the same method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering). Additional verification may be required for the first withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period and eligibility conditions.
• If bonus abuse is suspected (bonus betting, bonus arbitrage), bm555 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Programme

The bm555 VIP programme has five tiers and offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on their activity and engagement. Cashback is credited directly to the account balance.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.1 Commitment to Fair Play

bm555 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our platform uses a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Policy

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

• In sports betting markets, match markets such as "Bangladesh vs India" are used as generic examples only; no specific dates or live odds are quoted.

6.3 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Fraud, hacking, or use of any unauthorised software (bots, automation tools)
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or collusion (placing bets in agreement with other players)
• Conspiring against the platform or attempting to harm other members
• Providing fake or false information
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
